Music Celebrating the Church Year
Sacred Music Concerts at St. Peter Church,
New Britain, CT, featuring the 1987 Oberlinger Organ

The Sacred Music Series "Music Celebrating the Church Year" at St. Peter Church features the magnificent 1987 Oberlinger organ, splendidly blending German and French organbuilding characteristics. The Oberlinger organ was chosen by St. Peter Church as the perfect compliment to the German and French heritage of the parish. This mixture of the German and French sensibilities is characteristic of the Middle Rhine organbuilding tradition. The specifications of this very versatile instrument may be seen here.

John Nisbet, Music Director and Organist at St. Peter Church administers the series, and frequently appears on the programs. St. Peter Church is located at 98 Franklin Sq., New Britain, CT (860) 224-1446. Please send an email or call for directions.
